Usually there is a famous quote” A dog is a man’s best friend” but the same does not fit in with our small and tiny toddlers who just don’t want to accept those faithful and beautiful animals. For them their toys and dolls seem to be the entire world, as they are just engrossed and engulfed with their toys and accessories. And if you though it was just then perhaps you were wrong. There are some babies that don’t even eat their regular meals such as porridge or drink their diet supplements which usually include some juices without their dolls. Some of them even don’t sleep without their dolls or their teddy’s.
But what makes them so special, well this seems to be a tough question to crack and we can only find the answer by going back in time with our present understanding. But that seems to be impossible as we cant do that, at least of the present time. But since your baby’s doll seems to be dearer than anyone else after you, then you surely need to take good care and maintenance.
This is because your baby always put them in her mouth or even sometimes throws them on bare floors that might not be disinfected, so that could really prove fatal for your child. Therefore, maintaining and cleaning your baby’s doll is your responsibility. So here are some few tips before you clean them.
First of all never wash them with plain ordinary detergent or soap wash, since they can enter the pores of the doll and then finally land in your baby’s mouth. This is because most of them have the habit to suck its fingers or ears. There are many such baby friendly soaps and detergents that are available so one can use them, but make sure that they are thoroughly washed and rinsed. Make sure you wash the doll’s clothes and accessories with cold water and not with hot water, since these clothing and accessories are made very sensitive and delicate material. Remove any flowers or additional accessories that are detachable with those clothes, because washing them together could tear or damage them.
While buying new T-shirts for your baby dolls, make sure that they are purchased and bought from a baby store or a baby dept that has a goodwill and reputation for selling safe products. See that they have been approved by a certified authority.
